Our Vision

BBPU envisions a thriving, empowered, and connected Black community in Beaverton and greater Washington County. We strive to create spaces where Black families, students, and leaders can flourish, embrace their identity, and build a future rooted in cultural pride, educational excellence, and civic engagement.  Our vision is to build the ecosystem of resources needed for a connected community to feel safe, loved and seen; a place where Black people of any age want to live and stay.

Black & Green Fellowship

We provide the resources, opportunities, and networks necessary to ensure Black residents feel safe, valued, and empowered to lead.
